Our Commitment
- Online Access: Submit non-urgent requests via our online consultation platform during core hours (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Mon–Fri).
- Response Times: Aim to reply to non-urgent online requests within 1 working day.
- Enhanced Access: Evening and Saturday appointments via our PCN network (Mon–Fri 6:30–8:00 PM; Sat 9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
- Digital Front Door: Use the NHS app to order prescriptions, and access GP records.
- Continuity of Care: GP Connect enables other NHS providers to view relevant records when needed. Patient preference for clinician to be honoured where possible.
Your Responsibilities
- Notify us promptly about changes in health or circumstances
- Keep your contact information and health details up-to-date.
- Use online services for routine requests to free phone lines for urgent matters.
