Welcome to Tudor House Medical Centre

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. Seasonal Flu Vaccination Program

Regular immunisation (vaccination) is given free of charge to the following at-risk people, to protect them from seasonal flu:

  • people aged 65+
  • people with a serious medical condition such as Asthma/COPD, Diabetes, Heart Condition
  • people living in a residential/nursing home and carers
  • Pregnant women
  • healthcare or social care professionals directly involved in patient care
  • Children aged 2 and 3 (all other children are vaccinated at school

Online Services

Patient Access

You can now register for online access which enable you to order repeat prescriptions, see test results, book appointments and much more.

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • book or cancel appointments online
  • renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices

How to sign-up

For more information, please contact reception or next time you visit the surgery, bring with you a piece of photo ID (passport, driving licence) and something with your address on like a bank statement but not a gas or electric bill.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Access & Parking

There is disabled parking space and  wheelchair access via the front entrance wheelchair ramp. Consulting rooms are accessed on the ground floor.

There is patient parking at the front of the surgery.
